  • A door component must be replaced

If the repair is more complex and requires the replacement of a part of the door, we offer you the associated service that will allow you to remedy the breakdowns concerning equipment of our brand that we have manufactured specially for the installation concerned.

To this end, we keep the archives of the components manufactured over a period of over 15 years. To be able to have the same product manufactured, you just have to identify, thanks to the label that we systematically put on all our equipment, the reference of the project (ideally the order number). You send it to us and we will then be able to provide you with the component, exactly as it was, as soon as possible.

In case of uncertainty, do not hesitate to contact our technical sales representatives in your area who can assist you with the identification of the existing system and guide you towards the most appropriate solutions.

  • The complete door is damaged.

In addition, if you need to replace the complete door to put it back into service, please note that we provide you with standard doors at the Chaponost, Chilly-Mazarin and Saint-Denis counters for collection. Simply contact our warehouse staff to check availability and visit us during business hours.

Our branches are open Monday to Friday from 8 am to 12 pm and from 1 pm to 5 pm. Outside these opening hours, you can contact us via our website.
