Since the beginning of this crisis, we have been applying strict safety measures and have adapted our own organization to provide maximum protection for each member of the Slycma team, customer, carrier, etc.

Our production process is 100% efficient,

Our manufacturing teams are present and involved. We do not have any stock shortages to date. We adapt to your own needs and deliver on a daily basis.

Our sales team remains mobilized and easy to contact.

Your usual commercial contacts are at your disposal to follow up on your projects, satisfy your needs and carry out on-site surveys, in strict compliance with safety instructions, for your repair and modernization operations.

The most of our administrative staff work from home.

All the departments : Engineering office, sales, logistics, quality, accounting… are available at the standard working hours. Our employees are using Microsoft Teams and can therefore offer you meetings and virtual appointments.

Our technical support service is always available.

Our shops are open

Monday to Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for your spare parts or equipment identification requests. All the necessary measures are in place to allow you to come and collect your equipment safely. We count on you to respect the barrier gestures and safety instructions.
