  • Quote preparation: Whether requested directly by you or passed on by our technical sales team, our customer service team is committed to providing your quote within 48 hours. The document includes a detailed budget and estimated lead time, based on the information provided with the request.
  • Order processing: Upon receipt of your order, our team registers it and sends you an acknowledgment within 48 hours. This document confirms the products to be delivered and the estimated delivery date.
  • Manufacturing launch: Once your order is registered, procurement begins and production follows a precise schedule. During manufacturing, the shipment is scheduled and you receive an email confirming dispatch.
  • Post-delivery support: Follow-up continues after delivery, thanks to a structured service organized into four teams. All your requests are centralized via a single email address and a dedicated phone number, ensuring fast and efficient support.   • If the product is in stock: Orders placed before noon are shipped the same afternoon. Orders placed in the afternoon are shipped the next day. You can also collect your parts directly from our counters in Lyon or Paris. Please contact our customer advisors beforehand to check stock availability.
  • If the part is not in stock: Our teams will inform you of the delivery time when the quote is created.
